Warranty Policy

1.Warranty
MaxTronic warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship subject warranty period to 3 years (DAS)*/ 2 years (NAS) from date of shipment. MaxTronic shall service all products under the warranty terms as below:
a) MaxTronic shall repair or replace the defective products within 14 working days of receiving the defective products. Replacement shall be with new, comparable or reconditioned products.
b) Customer shall ship defective products freight prepaid to MaxTronic. MaxTronic shall ship repaired/replacement products freight prepaid to the customer.
*Remark: DAS expect: SA-3184/7, Warranty: 2 years

2.Out of Warranty
2.1 Grounds of "Out of Warranty"
a) DAS: Delivered after 36 months from date of delivery; SA-3184/7: 24 months; NAS: Delivered after 24 months from date of delivery.
b) Damage due to misuse or accident
c) Serial number of key component missing (e.g., controller, daughter board, back plane, power supplies).
2.2 Maxtronic shall service all products out of warranty as follows:
a) MaxTronic shall repair the defective products within 14 days from receipt.
b) The customer shall pay the cost of repair including parts, labor and shipping. MaxTronic shall return defective products that could not be repaired without any charges except shipping.
c) Customer shall ship defective products freight prepaid to MaxTronic. Maxtronic shall ship repaired products freight collect to the customer.
