Return Material for Repair Procedure
1. Return Material for Repair Procedure
a) Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) by fill in RMA Request Form (Download) and send to your MaxTronic RMA contact. The detailed fault symptoms are required for each faulty material.
b) A RMA number issued to customer upon approval
c) As soon as you receive the RMA number, send the materials together with a copy RMA Request Form. Remark the RMA number on the shipping documents and ship to following address:

d) Ship the materials within 30 working days from issuance of the RMA by freight prepaid. Submit the shipping document to MaxTronic RMA contact immediately.
2. Grounds of Refusing Returned Materials
Materials returned may be rejected and sent back unrepaired at the expense of the customer due to following reasons:
a) Damage due to misuse or accident
b) Product returned have missing components
c) No RMA issued
d) Contents of package does not match RMA issued
e) No detailed fault symptom
